Meals
As you are caring for another life, sometimes it can be hard to remember to feed yourself, and having food ready for ever meal is a task in and of itself. Throughout our time I will help educate on what foods are going to help your body stay fueled and cook in your home for the whole family. We will tailor this to your needs and the potential pickiness of any little ones.
Household Care
Whether laundry, dishes, groceries or cleaning up around the house, in this time the chores are going to stack up. Through our care we will help you maintain the day to day needs and any other chores that may come up. Throughout our time we will pinpoint the things that matter most to you and establish routines to help get everything done.

“Jamie seamlessly integrated her presence into our home during the sacred and sensitive postpartum period. She knew when and where to help and did so in many capacities! She played with our older children, cleaned, washed dishes and laundry, made lactation snacks, chopped veggies to freeze dry for us, and prepared a meal each time she was with us. We are so grateful for how she served our family.”
